Study Economic Development and Growth in Groningen and Lund to learn about the complexity of concerns in developing economies.

To take part in this programme, you first study MSc International Economics and Sustainable Development in Groningen. During this first study, you can apply to study at Lund University in Sweden, and you will begin the programme in Lund directly after your studies in Groningen.

Do you want to understand how policy-makers can stimulate economic growth? Are you interested in how economic development, sustainability, and innovation can be encouraged in developing economies?
In the two-year double degree master Economic Development and Growth, you will develop the theoretical and quantitative tools needed to grasp the main debates in economics and other social sciences. You will also develop the specialized understanding of context, institutions, and historical legacies in developing economies required to deal with the full complexity of development issues.

To be eligible for admission to this Master's, you need to hold an academic Bachelor's or Master's degree from a research university in one of the following - or closely related - fields: Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics and Operations Research, Economics and Business Economics, International Business, Technology Management.
