Primary Care Nursing
The future of successful health services lies in extensive provision in primary care and the community. Higher numbers of nurses will be needed to work and lead in this area, as autonomous and confident practitioners. If you're a nurse working in general practice, community and primary care settings, our Masters course is specially tailored to your needs.
Our Primary Care Nursing course aims to meet the training and educational needs of nurses working at an advanced level in General Practice and a multitude of other creative primary and community healthcare settings. The PG Dip and Masters in Primary Care nursing will be delivered from Cambridge, Peterborough or Chelmsford and you can select which campus you attend.
If you are a nurse currently working in community settings, you can access a wide variety of specialist modules to update, upskill and embed your practice. You will build practical skills with an array of specialist and more general modules to expand and progress your professional direction. If you are new to primary and community care, you will find a variety of modules supporting you to become quickly established in the provision of care and services in this area.
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.

Minor injury units, General Practice, District nursing, Health visiting or Paediatric teams, working in nursing homes, Integrated Care, community hospitals, Sexual Health, Drug and Alcohol, dermatology, Cardiac and Respiratory clinics, ‘out of hours’ and outreach services to mention just a few.
