The broad-based Art & Design course explores a range of contemporary visual art practices emphasising the application of art in design contexts, or where design problems are introduced to a fine art context.
- Experience a cross-disciplinary approach to study, with the opportunity to explore a range of creative media for specialist study
- Learn from well-qualified staff who are practising artists and designers and who regularly exhibit their work
- Benefit from dedicated studio spaces within a lively and stimulating environment
- Have the opportunity to organise and produce work for your own art exhibition in your second year
- Have access to digital photography, video equipment, computer facilities and high-quality screenprinting
- Develop practical art and design skills across a range of traditional and lens and digital media and processes
- Traditional media, such as painting, silkscreen printing, 'wet' photography, model-making, textiles and fibre-based materials
- New media, including video, photography and digital imaging
- Visual communication, including drawing, screenprinting, the use of imaging software and lens-based media
- Contextual studies that link theory and practice in developing creative ideas
Stojant į šį universitetą dėmesys yra kreipiamas į pažymius ir Brandos atestato vidurkį, kuris turi būti ne žemesnis kaip 5 + laikytų brandos egzaminų vidurkis ne mažesis kaip 50%.
Pažymių išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs mokyklos, būtina prisegti pažymių išrašą. Smulkesnę informaciją kaip pildyti išrašą ir kada jis reikalingas, rasi čia.*
Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie Kastu stojimo anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.
