Work is changing fast and organizations struggle with the challenge of how to attract and retain skilled employees, design hybrid work arrangements, or boost collaboration between humans and AI.

This master's track focuses on understanding human behaviour in the workplace and applying these insights to improve the well-being and performance of organizations and their employees.

In this master's track you will:

  • Analyse how organisations can attract and retain talent, support wellbeing, and prevent destructive leadership
  • Address current challenges such as hybrid work, creativity and innovation, and ageing workforces linking academic theory to professional practice
  • Learn to create inclusive workplaces where employees feel safe, valued, and able to perform at their best
  • Gain knowledge of leading theories and develop practical skills through a unique combination of specialised courses and skills training
  • Translate scientific insights into evidence-based interventions that improve both individual well-being and organizational performance
  • Build professional skills in communication, coaching, and organizational change — with the option to earn an accredited coaching certificate.
