The Master in Finance & Accounting will enable you to build the knowledge and analytical skills needed to design and implement the management systems used to plan and control a firm's performance.
The goal of any enterprise is to create value for its stakeholders. In times of increasing risks it is crucial to take the right financial decisions. Three main themes form the core of the Master in Finance and Accounting, reflecting the multiple roles of the Financial Manager: financial accounting, management accounting and financial management. The Financial Manager is responsible for providing financial advice and support to colleagues and clients to enable them to make sound business decisions. Only with a thorough understanding of all aspects of the business are they able to effectively advise and support management in decision making and furthering company growth and profitability. The Financial Manager should also have extensive knowledge of how risk is defined. They need a sharp eye for recognising the links between the risk and the opportunity costs of capital, while being an expert in coping with risk in practical situations. This one-year Master in Finance and Accounting will help you to gain the expertise and skills you need to be successful in this role.
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
- ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
- Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.

Students who have followed a Bachelor Programme taught in English are exempted from the English test.
Graduates of the Master in Finance and Accounting perform successfully in such fields as:
translating external developments into internal business procedures
providing support for decisions on critical financial issues
analysing the financial performance of an organisation as a whole as well as business units
implementing up-to-date costing systems and allocating decision rights
developing conceptual frameworks for providing accounting information to investors and creditors.
Financial director
As a financial director you will be primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of an organisation. You may also have responsibilities for the analysis of data, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management.
