Directly aligned to the CIPD’s knowledge requirements, the MSc and PGDip in Human Resource Management offers you the opportunity to build your network. The Postgraduate Diploma Human Resource Management follows a part-time curriculum designed to offer flexibility for those studying while working. The MSc Human Resource Management is a fast track to CIPD membership: become a CIPD associate member in one year while gaining a masters degree. As a student you will study full-time, often alongside part-time students who are also practitioners; this creates a rich learning community where professional experiences can be shared and discussed. The course places a strong emphasis on active learning to complement theory. You will have the opportunity to attend an employment tribunal or other HR related event; you will also be required to attend on-campus CIPD events to enhance your knowledge and expand your professional network.
