If you are a highly motivated nurse seeking to develop your career in public health nursing within the community this programme will equip you with the skills required to carry out public health nursing within the community.
This modular course has been specifically designed to meet the NMC requirements of Specialist Community Public Health Nurses. On successful completion of the course, students will become registered on the third part of the nursing register.
The specific disciplines include:
- Specialist Community Public Health Care Nursing (Health Visiting)
- Specialist Community Public Health Care Nursing (School Nursing).
Year One
- Foundations for Specialist Community Public Health Practice
- Research Methods and Practice Project
- Leading and Managing Effective Healthcare Provision
- Protecting Children and the Vulnerable: Studies for Enhancing Practice
- Enabling Effective Community Development
- Supporting Developmental Needs through the Lifespan
- Principles of Practice Education
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.

IELTS - 6.5
TOEFL - 90
This is a programme which prepares qualified nurses and midwives for the third part of the NMC register. They will be prepared to work as health visitors or school nurses in the community in a variety of public health settings.
