The world of hospitality is made up of a myriad of small independent, often family run businesses, offering food and accommodation across the world. Hospitality is a diverse and dynamic industry which encourages entrepreneurs. 80% of new ventures are born as family firms and about 60% of the UK’s 4.2 million enterprises are family firms.
