Construction Management
The course delivers students who will become senior managers within the construction industry. These managers command the complex operation of construction at a technical and organisation level within a multidisciplinary environment driven by the speed and scale of change. The course focuses on the industry’s role as a key provider of future economic and social development. It investigates the product and processes of construction, and the way they are provided within an economic, contractual and regulated world. This requires the development of human and technical skills in order to produce the ability to get projects delivered with tight time and budget constraints as well as an appreciation of the social and economic context of the industry as a whole.
You will learn many skills including construction technology, measurement, project site planning, financial management and estimating. You will also study programmes in business management, construction economics and built environment law.
Stojant į šį universitetą dėmesys yra kreipiamas į pažymius ir egzaminų rezultatus. Brandos atestato vidurkis turi būti ne žemesnis kaip 7 ir 2 valstybiniai egzaminai išlaikyti ne mažiau 60%.
