Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management
The programme is one of the official Danish short-cycle higher education programmes.
The programme is certified by the Ministry of Education and is a two-year programme, consisting of 4 semesters, which comprises the following subject areas:
- Methodology
- Service Organisation
- Organisation
- Planning
- Communication
- Elective Subject
- Work Placement
- Final Year Project
The aim of the AP Degree in Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management is to qualify students to independently perform work assignments relating to the development, planning, implementation and delivery of services at national and international levels in businesses and organisations operating in the fields of service, leisure and business tourism, as well as hotels and restaurants.The student must be able to combine his/her knowledge of commercial, cultural and innovative aspects and principles of sustainable development with methodical considerations in the planning and organisation of services.Furthermore, the student should be able to interact and collaborate in management teams and effectively and efficiently build customer relations with people from various educational, linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
During the academic year you will have the possibility to work part-time, but participation in the studies is compulsory.
Pažymių išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs mokyklos, būtina prisegti pažymių išrašą. Smulkesnę informaciją kaip pildyti išrašą ir kada jis reikalingas, rasi čia.
Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.
Kad galėtum stoti į Zealand - Academy of Technologies and Business programas, turi atitikti šiuos anglų kalbos reikalavimus:
- turėti iš anglų kalbos 5 arba didesnį vidurkį. ir
- turėti iš anglų kalbos 210 astronominių val. (surinktų per 10, 11 ir 12 klases).

The programme is progressive and depending on your area of specialization you work within:
Tourism Management i.e. in booking, tourist and travel agencies, charter and cruise tourism.
Hotel and Restaurant Management i.e. at conference centers, hotels, restaurants, spa and wellness and B&B.
Service Management i.e. consulting and training companies, health and treatment centers.
Sport & Event Management i.e. sports companies, concerts, festivals and events.
