The course is specifically designed as a route into the construction management profession for graduates with degrees in surveying, construction, architecture, civil engineering, real estate and other cognate degree courses. The course is also open to you if you have relevant professional experience. It provides a rigorous and coherent education that provides a broad base of knowledge and an appreciation of the many and varied factors, including legal, economic and social issues and trends, that influence the construction industry and construction process. On completion of the course you will have covered both the ‘core’ and ‘areas of specialism’ needed to enable you to register for membership of the RICS. However, you will still need to undertake the necessary work-based learning (e.g. assessment of professional competence - APC) before you can become a fully fledged member.
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
Svarbu! Į šį universitetą stojimai organizuojami tik tiems žmonėms, kurie neturi leidimo gyventi (pre-settled/settled statuso) Anglijoje!
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.

This is a professionally accredited course which will lead to membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Nearly all our graduates go straight into employment, where they are well paid and work in challenging jobs. Roles such as surveyor, construction manager or project manager are likely careers for you as a graduate. You could be employed in professional practice (individual firm), contracting and subcontracting organisations, commercial organisations, local authority and central government, insurance companies and utility companies. Quantity Surveyors can be found working on projects such as motorways, railways, oil rigs, hospitals, schools, power stations, chemical plants, housing, hotels, banks, offices, heritage and conservation projects.
The higher standard of education in this boom area of employment enables you to move into a new career with real expectations of progression and development opportunity. Employment opportunities exist in both the public and private sector and in consultancy, both in the UK and overseas.
