With an MSc in Engineering (Technology Based Business Development) you will be able to solve complicated technological issues, design and implement technological products and systems in a societal context.

Mentor solution combines theory with praxis

The study programme widely combines theory with praxis: Two days a week you will join theoretical lectures and tutorials. The remaining 3 days you will work in your mentor company with subject areas related to the semester theme or concentrate on self-studies. 

The mentor solution that will associate you with a mentor company, which you will work closely with throughout the study programme. This means that you will solve tasks in relation to your studies and you will try out theories, models, concepts, etc. compared to real practical problems in your mentor company. In this way you will get plenty of opportunities to confront praxis with theory during your studies.

The Study Programme

The study programme has duration of two years and is a part of Aarhus University’s Research Unit for Innovation and Business Development. Please note that all teaching is in English.

It is possible to start in September and February.

The teaching is research based and a professor and a number of research lecturers will be attached to the MSc programme.

Graduates will be able to generate innovative product concepts, business concepts and new business areas. An MSc in Engineering (Technology Based Business Development) is typically employed as a business developer, project manager or system developer. Typically, he or she will work in innovation oriented service- and production companies as well as in knowledge institutions and other kind of public organisations.

1. Inžinerijos bakalauras
2. Arba techninis bakalauro laipsnis su mažiausiai 15 ECTS kreditų iš verslo plėtros ar inovacijų. Kitu atveju siūlomas greitasis vieno mėnesio kursas, kuris eina paraleliai su studijomis. 
3. Anglų kalba. Anglų kalbos lygis turi atitikti Danų „English B“ lygį ir gali būti patvirtintas vienu iš šių būdų:

• TOEFL. Mažiausias reikalingas balas - 560 (paper based), 83 (internet based). TOEFL kodas - 8607.
•  IELTS. Mažiausias reikalingas balas - 6,5.
• Gautas bakalauras, dėstomas anglų kalba.
• 210 išklausytų anglų kalbos valandų (1 val. - 60 min) mokykloje per 10, 11 ir 12 klases + Kastu testas

Pildant stojimo anketą reikia pateikti šiuos dokumentus:

• Bakalauro diplomą/diplomą, parodantį, kokius dalykus studijavote ir kokius įvertinimus gavote
• Akademinį reglamentą
• Išklausytų dalykų anotaciją
• Anglų kalbos lygį patvirtinančius dokumentus

Jei dar neturite bakalauro diplomo, reikėtų su stojimo anketa pateikti dokumentą, patvirtinantį, kokius dalykus studijavote, ir kokius pažymius iš jų turėjote.

Ypatingai yra svarbu tai, kad pateiktumėte kiek įmanoma daugiau informacijos apie bakalauro studijas, jei Jūsų studijos ne visiškai atitinka stojimo reikalavimus. Akademinis reglamentas ir išklausytų dalykų anotacija padės universitetui priimti sprendimą, ar Jūsų bakalauras gali būti lygiavertis inžinerijos ar techninio bakalauro studijoms.
