Law (Exempting) Master of Law and Practice (MLP) incorporating LLB
The Master of Law and Practice is an exciting and innovative new exempting law degree which enables you to qualify as a solicitor by incorporating the Legal Practice Course (LPC) stage in Years 3 and 4 (subject to an appropriate training contract).
The LLB(Hons) is recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Council as a qualifying law degree.
You enter the course on the normal LLB(Hons) route, and with satisfactory academic performance at the end of the second year you may elect to move on to the Master of Law and Practice route. If you don't take this route you stay on to complete the LLB(Hons).
Students at University Centre Oldham (UCO) wishing to follow the professional route (M.Law and Pract) at the end of their second year must transfer to the main Huddersfield campus for their tuition. Those electing to follow the academic route remain at UCO to complete the LLB(Hons).

Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie Kastu stojimo anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.
Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:
Anglų kalba B2 lygis + valstybinis anglų kalbos egzaminas išlaikytas 75% ir daugiau.
Kastu anglų kalbos testas (jei turi gerą įvertinimą iš IELTS/TOEFL, tau nereikia laikyti Kastu anglų kalbos testo).
