Strategy and planning customer service experiences
As a service management student, you will be working with strategy and planning customer service experiences, and you will be working closely with customers. You will be working at different levels and across departments, especially within administration, finance and marketing. Depending on your interests, you will be able to specialize your degree and include an obligatory internship.
Practical study
The Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management programme is a two year study programme, consisting of four semesters. The first two semesters will be based on theory and practice, whereas the 3rd semester will consist of an internship with a company abroad or in Denmark. The internship will give you the opportunity to use the qualifications that you have obtained in class and put them into practice. The 4th and last semester will include the final exam project.
You also have the opportunity to study abroad during your 3rd and/4th semester.

Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.
Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:
- Kastu anglų kalbos testas (iš jo reikės gauti bent 70 balų)
- IELTS – 6.5
- TOEFL - 83
Matematika. Bendras išklausytas matematikos valandų skaičius turi viršyti 125 valandas.
